Last wee update

Good evening Bastion Families,

Just a quick update to let you know the plans for our LAST WEEK.  I can hardly believe we’re here already!

Monday June 23:

• We are hosting some former Bastion students who are graduating from Grade 12 as they make their way on their ‘Graditude tour”.  In the past years, students who are graduating have a chance to revisit their elementary school to make a connection to the place they spent many fond years!
• We are so pleased to welcome back Mme. Weir for our final week.  

Tuesday June 24

• Grade 5 farewell program.  1:00pm in the gym.  Parents of grade 5 students are welcome to attend. We will open the doors at 12:20pm.  Students from other classes will be seated by 12:55pm

Wednesday June 25

• Bastion FUN day.  We always have a lot of fun on this day together. Please ensure your child has extra sunscreen and water. 

Thursday June 26

• Early Dismissal at 10:11am.  Students can collect their final Summary of Learning (report card) and say goodbye! Reports will be published to the parent portal likley on Friday June 27. 

LOST & FOUND:  

• please have your child check for their lost belongings in the lost and found.  Given the unpredictable weather patterns, we won’t hang the clothing out likely next week.  Please check our website – I will put some photos of the lost and found up.  On Friday June 27the clothing will be donated.
