Looking to refresh your home library and enjoy some community fun? Join the Shuswap Chapter of Canadian Parents for French for an evening of language, play, and literary exchange!
When & Where
- Date: Friday, March 6
- Games Night: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Book Swap: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
How the Book Swap Works
It’s a simple "give one, take one" system designed to keep French stories circulating in our community:
- Bring a Book: Drop off your gently used French books at the start of the night.
- Get a Ticket: For every book you donate, you will receive one swap ticket.
- Find a Treasure: Use your tickets to "purchase" any new-to-you French books available on the swap tables.
Please Note: This is a community swap. While we hope everyone finds something they love, availability depends on what is brought in—you may not always find a book to trade for every ticket.
Supporting Our Schools
- Give your books a second life! Any books remaining at the end of the evening will be donated to grow our local French book collections, ensuring more students have access to quality reading materials.
